Brain Neurobics

Back for January

Shake up your brain with fun, new activities that stimulate and invigorate your thinking. See How chair exercises can help stimulate our brains. A presentation at The Rivers of Grosse Pointe that you are invited to. The January session is Wednesday the 15th at 11:00. Those that attended earlier sessions found it to be very informative. International Dinner

January brings two International dinners. On Wednesday the 15th is the traditional international dinner. This month the International dinner will feature Belgium. Enjoy apple salad, frites, Liegeois and more. January 29th is a special Chinese New Year dinner featuring dumplings, stir fry, spring rolls, almond cookies, and more. Special dinners start at 5:00. As with all dinners at the Rivers of Grosse Pointe, you must call 313-885-5005 for reservations.

Senior Citizen Services
