Maintenance
If you are looking to have maintenance done in the Commons area that is the responsibility of the Association, there is a form on the Herriman website to be filled out and submitted.
The Maintenance form is used to initiate a repair to an area in the commons that is the responsibility of the Association.
The Maintenance Matrix may be helpful in determining the responsible party.

You may also download the form to fill it out by hand and mail it in.
Modifications
If you wish to modify something that impacts the Commons area, you need to download the modification form, fill it out and send it to the Architectural Review Committee. At this time that is Dennis Dundon.
The Modification Form is used to get approval to install, change, or plant something in the commons area. Any such modification is the responsibility of the owner to effect the modification and to maintain it.
